We are International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) registered with the Department of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), which grants us the right to supply military products for export and arrange temporary imports under licenses and ITAR exemptions.

RAS’ understanding of the critical role of import/export compliance is demonstrated by our staff’s combined experience of over 2 decades. Our staff is well-versed in all areas of import/export compliance, and has played an integral role in RAS’ DDTC approvals for multiple blanket and individual export licenses covering a variety of platforms from the Patriot program to fixed wing aircraft. RAS holds several blanket licenses and individual export licenses for our customers and we have the expertise to promulgate new licenses that are custom tailored to your needs.

Our ITAR staff can assist in devising an import/ export license strategy and preparing a draft Blanket or Individual license. Blanket export licenses can dramatically expedite the product fulfillment process and avoid unnecessary delays that often occur with Individual licenses.
